Healing Our Heroes is for veterans who received VA coverage for massage therapy or other integrative or Whole Health care and then had it cut off or denied.

What to expect

Healing Our Heroes provides sponsored integrative care — massage therapy, yoga, Reiki, wellness assessments, and more — for veterans who lost their VA coverage for these services. A few honest things to know before you start:

This is an application, not automatic enrollment. Care is matched to your needs as sponsorship and capacity allow — we can't guarantee a spot, but we'll be honest with you about where things stand.
A real person will reach out to you within 2–3 business days after you apply. No automated runaround.
Our weekly wellness check-in texts have been paused. If you were expecting those automated messages, you won't receive them for now.

We'll be straight with you at every step.

Sharing Your Information

To save time and help our team prepare for your care, are you okay with your current integrative care providers sharing your information with Healing Our Heroes?

If you say yes, your current provider (for example, Healing Touch Therapeutic Massage) can share your basic contact information and your integrative-care records with Healing Our Heroes. We use this in two ways: to coordinate your care so you don't have to repeat your history, and — in a combined, de-identified form that doesn't single you out — to document how this care helps veterans so we can advocate to the VA to restore it.

Your information stays confidential and is used only for those two purposes. You can say no and still apply — we'll simply ask you to provide your details yourself on the next screen.
