This is your one-time wellness baseline — a starting point, not a test. There are no wrong answers and nothing you can fail.

We're going to walk through 8 areas of wellness and for each one, we just want to know: how are you feeling about it right now? Confident, or worried?

Why does this matter?

Our thoughts, feelings, and opinions change — sometimes a lot, sometimes quickly. That's completely normal, and it's exactly the point. This assessment captures where you are right now so that your weekly check-ins can track how things shift over time.

Monitoring is a key pillar of this program. You can't see change if you don't know where you started.

About 10 minutes. You'll only do this once. After that, your weekly check-ins are much shorter.

Your responses are private. No one reads your individual answers — they flow directly into automated processes that personalize your experience. Occasionally, we may ask if you're willing to share your responses to help us improve the program. That's always your choice. Your data is stored securely and never shared with outside parties.
